FAQs
How do I know you're an Ohio-approved course provider?
You can find us on ODRE's website in the continuing education course search as 360training.
What is the deadline for completing my continuing education courses?
You can find your deadline on Ohio's License Lookup.
You can file your renewal up to two months before your expiration. Make sure everything is submitted or postmarked on or before your deadline.
What else is required for my real estate license renewal?
You need to submit your renewal fee, proof of CE completion, and a completed renewal application.
Do post-license courses exempt me from continuing education in Ohio?
New agents aren't exempt from CE in Ohio – in fact, you'll need to take both post-license and CE courses. Your post-license courses are due by your one-year anniversary as a licensee. CE is due at the same time as your renewal.
In fact, ODRE allows you to start your CE before you complete post-licensure.
When do my courses expire?
Your courses will expire one (1) year after you purchase them (the date you submit payment), unless the course itself indicates otherwise.
For more information about course expiration dates, please read our Terms of Use.
What if I need a refund for my training course?
If for some reason you are not happy and would like a refund, send us a request within 72 hours of purchase. Here are the eligibility requirements you must meet:
- Your purchase was made no more than 72 hours prior to your refund request.
- You have NOT:
- Attempted any portion of a test or exam.
- Requested or been issued a certificate of completion.
- Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
If you meet all of these criteria, submit your refund request in writing via email to support@360training.com with a proof-of-purchase receipt and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.
You can find more information about our refund policy here.
